Menstruation is a unique physiological phenomenon for women. In the menstrual period, something
must be changed that may make women feel uncomfortable, such as decreased immunity, lumbago,

discomfort in the menstrual period.
1) The week before menstruation, your diet should be light, digestible and nutritious. It’s good for
